7 Deadly Sins of Beauty Tag ♡

Hi everyone! So on my quest for new blogs I landed on This lovely blog and since I've had exams for this week and the last two and haven't been able to shoot anything a make up tag sounded perfect ♡

1. GREED: What is your most inexpensive beauty item? What is your most expensive? 

My most inexpensive beauty item I suspect would be my NYC liquid eye liner, depending on where you go it's only about $3 or $4, and it lasts for ages. I wear it most days in the cooler months and spring time because it's not waterproof summer time is a no no!

The most expensive product I would have to say is my clique three step system it's about $70 for a moisturizer, toner and a bar of soap which may not seem like much but it doesn't last for more than a few months because I used it every single day $70 a few times a year can really add up, especially to a college student. 

2. WRATH: What beauty products do you have a love/hate relationship with? 

Liquid foundations/full coverage foundations! They're the bane of my beauty existence, I've got relatively clear skin...that is covered in freckles (thus my blog title, der) with which my freckles seem to have a feud. The hideous colour any liquid foundation seems to turn once they've been carefully layered over my freckles is heinous.  And although I know the eventual outcome will be horrible I continue to purchase liquid foundations with which I only find use when I mix them in with my moisturizing gel as a tinted moisturizer.

3. GLUTTONY: What are your most delicious beauty products? 

If by delicious you mean scent, then sunscreen. My absolute favourite is the Hawaiian Tropic sheer touch sunscreen in 30 SPF if it didn't make me shiny I'd wear it for it's scent alone. I also love Neutrogena sheer touch sunscreen it's a more subtle scent but it still brings me beachy joy and keeps my skin shine free ♡

4. SLOTH: What beauty product do you neglect, due to laziness? 

When I'm low on sleep and instead of doing my makeup I make coffee liquid eyeliner is the first to go. The time and patience it takes to get them neat and even I spent over sleeping instead and opt for light brown pencil eyeliner and an overload of mascara.

5. PRIDE: What beauty product gives you the most self confidence?

Mascara, I would skip all of my other makeup items and only wear mascara and I will be good to go! Maybelline falsies or L'oreal carbon black mascara are both great formulas both of which I prefer not waterproof.

6. LUST: What attributes do you find most attractive in the opposite sex? 

Personality, boys with confidence win my heart ♡

7. ENVY: What items would you most like to receive as a gift?

I'm not much of a cosmetics as gifts person because I tend to be picky but any item and someone who enjoys make up swears by I will be willing to give a try but a safe choice would always be something I already love haha.

 I got my hands on the Benefit Go Tropi Coral Cheek & Lip kit and needless to say I love it. I've worn it nearly every day for the last two weeks. The set is exclusive to Sephora and comes with a mini Cha cha tint, mini High Beam, coralista blush and Coralista lip gloss and a mini powder brush.

At $28 it's a steal, cha cha tint is my favourite item in the kit once I'm through with this one I will probably splurge and get a full size. It is perfect spring time blush as well as lip stain, although it doesn't last more than an hour or two.

It's a rare occasion during the last few weeks of the semester and work that I have to time to do an entire face look and my hair but these first few days of spring seem to be giving me pep unlike the dreary days of winter!
